Hi, I’m Omar. I am a teacher applicant for the elementary level at the Division of Bataan. I can assume you are here because you want to be enlightened about the procedures of acquiring your Unique Applicant Number (UAN) or because you are having troubles getting through the newly implemented DepEd Online Application System. Well, you are on the right place. I was one of the fortunate applicants to successfully secure my UAN that’s why I’m here to help you with the process.

Since it was the first time this system has been implemented, there were a lot of errors applicants have encountered while applying online in the past week. These include server backlogs, wrong email addresses, TIN, or wrong inputs of data. Below are the initial steps you have to follow in order to avoid these errors and to have a successful registration.

Recently, applicants are encountering common errors. Here’s some of them:

DATA IN THE PDS ARE NOT BEING SAVED EVEN AFTER SUBMISSION

1. “Everytime I click the SUBMIT button lage pong nirereply ay Please enter your Birthdate/Tin.Pag na encode ko naman po then I click submit button again ang lage pong sinasabi ng dialog box ay Your PDS has been successfully saved!.Ibig po bang sabihin nito ay nasubmit nayung PDS ko and wait for 48 hours or or hndi pa?Anu po bang dapat kung gawin?

2. “The verification email was already sent to my email but the problem this time is that when I click “here” the page of it doesn’t appear any messages like ‘Congratulations! …..’ I just saw the logo of DepEd and also the Register on the other side. What will I do?”

IMPORTANT TIPS AND REMINDERS

1. On Step 1, use a working email address. A working email address is an EXISTING email address that you can open and access from time to time. This is the email you always use when checking messages from your contacts, it may also be the one you are using when logging on Facebook and other social media network.

2. Still on Step 1. On the application page DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT enter an email that is not existing or has not been created yet on the field that says “E-Mail (Valid email only; preferably @deped.gov.ph if applicable)”. If  you want to use a new email, create the email first before typing it at the “E-mail” field to make sure it is working and available then proceed with the application.

3. If you have successfully registered but can’t see a confirmation link to your email. Check your Spam folder. Both Yahoo Mail and Gmail have Spam folders however, Yahoo Mail more often filters emails and put it on Spam folder.

For Yahoo Mail, Spam folder is located below Inbox>Drafts>Sent at the right hand pane of the screen.

For Gmail, it is also located at the right hand pane of the screen. Click on the word “More” and you should see your Spam folder.

4. If you don’t have an existing email, it is better to use Gmail. It is easier to use and has a lot of functionalities. It is also less prone to Spam as compared to Yahoo Mail.

OTHER COMMON ISSUES, ERRORS, AND ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS:

Question No. 1: I Don’t have a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), what should I do?

UPDATE:

As of April 9, 2015, applicants may now start to apply without TIN. Instead, you will be presenting any of the following IDs: Voter’s ID, Passport ID, SSS, GSIS UMID, Postal ID, and Philhealth.

Question No. 2: I always experience a 404 error on my browser. What causes this and how should I get rid of it?

Answer: 404 errors are caused by several factors, one of the most common factors is the server load. When the DepEd servers cannot handle the load of a page due to the number of people accessing it, the website will display a temporary message like the one you often encounter. (See image below)

Here’s the workaround: 

1. Force refresh your browser. Do this by pressing the “F5”  button on your keyboard or right click on your mouse on any part of the webpage then select “Reload” or “Refresh”.  On my part, I kept on refreshing the webpage until the website reloaded again without the 404 error.

2. Change your browser settings or clear the browsing data, cache, and cookies. The steps in clearing your browser data varies depending each browser and the versions installed in the computer. Below are the links on how to clear your browsing history, cookies, and cache.

Question No. 3: I accidentally submitted my PDS but I was not yet finished filling out all the information. What should I do.

Answer: Kindly send your complete name and email address to depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject DATA CORRECTION.

Question No. 4: I missed filling up the position I am applying for before proceeding with the online PDS. How can I solve this issue?

Answer: If you have missed or skipped filling up the POSITION field on your dashboard, then it will cause the NON-ISSUANCE of your UAN. That is not a system problem. Kindly send your complete name and email address to depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject PDS Encoded Request to RE-OPEN.

Question No. 5: On the online PDS, only the year 2005 and the previous years are available. How to fix this?

Answer: Just type the correct date on the box using this format. For example, you have graduated on college on March 26, 2013 then it should go like this, 2013-03-26

Question No. 6: Where can I find my Unique Applicant Number?

Answer: Your Unique Applicant Number (UAN) can be found on the following:

1. DepEd Application Dashboard. It is a 9-digit alphanumeric characters written in green text.
2. UAN email confirmation.
3. Upper right hand corner of the generated Personal Data Sheet.

Question No. 7: The page shows, “Invalid Confirmation Key”

Answer: Kindly send your complete name and email address at depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject REQUEST RESETTING OF PASSWORD.

Question No. 8: How can I print my e-PDS?

Answer: On the email that will be sent to you by DepEd PTS which contains your UAN, there’s a link to download your e-PDS on the line that says “Click here to download your PDS.” It comes in a PDF format. You can print it and submit it to your division office. (See image below)

NOTES:

1. For those who have yet to receive their UAN by Monday, April 6, 2015 via email or via the DepEd dashboard, please send a new email at depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject NO UAN SENT as of April 6, 2015.

2. For those who have data corrections for the online PDS, like wrong birth date, wrong barangays or municipalities, kindly send your complete name and email address to depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject DATA CORRECTION and explain your case very well.

3. If you have missed or skipped filling up the POSITION field on your dashboard, then it will cause the NON-ISSUANCE of your UAN. Let us clarify that this is not a system problem.

4. If you have registered prior to April 9, 2015 and has yet to receive a verification email, then please register again with a VALID and WORKING email address that you still have access to.

      Until now we have not receive the verification of our account Sir, and the deadline is already approaching. What should we do now? We are doing our part but the system seems have its own problem, we cannot access the Deped website until now, how can we registered online Sir if this problem cannot be solve,? Is there a consideration for us that cannot completely registered online and have our AUN number? Please help us thank you Sir

      • Hi Sir Jay, you’re right, the problem is on the part of the system. There should be considerations. Just coordinate with your division office and show them a proof that you have indeed registered (maybe an email that you sent to DepED HRIS TWG). Please also read the reply of DepEd in the photo above. That’s a big sign of relief for all of the applicants.

    In the Dashboard, I remember clicking under Position, Teacher I and saved it. Also under education- college level, I had tried like three times to save my first college details but it is not showing. There are data missing.I have already submitted my application.     • Hi Citadel Pinguel, when your details is not being saved by the system and when a 404 error shows up when you click the “Save” button, please refresh your browser until the page reloads again normally. If you still have data to be corrected, kindly send your complete name and email address to depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject DATA CORRECTION and explain your case.

        • Hi Ma’am Rechelle, refresh nyo lang po ang browser ninyo hanggang mag reload properly (medyo paulit ulit po ito lalu na kung down lagi ang system) or log out then log in again then try nyo uli i-submit.

    I just want to ask po, I already have my UAN, my concern is what will i do next?. What will i bring to the division office? Am i going to print the PDS i have made? How can i print it? I’m a bit worried because others are telling that the deadline is tomorrow (April 8). But i don’t know what to do.
    One more thing, in the dashboard, i am really sure that i click the TEacher 1 as my position, but i just noticed, there is no position indicated. how did it happen po? Would that make an effect with my application? Sorry po if i have lots of questions.

    • Hi Sir Boni, you need not worry about what to do next, just keep yourself updated with the announcements from your district or division office on what will be the next step. The important thing is that you have secured your UAN. You can print your e-PDS from the email that gave you your UAN. In the said email, a link to download your e-PDS (PDF version only) is provided. Regarding the position, I have also experienced such problem. Until now, there is no position selected in my dashboard. I think this issue can be addressed by DepEd later on.

        As far as I know there’s no deadline for UAN or at least that’s what they told us during orientation. Yun din nabasa ko sa teacherph.com. The reason why i’m here is I also have the same dilemma as you Sir Boni, naging “select position” ulit after i got my UAN. Kaloka. Anyway, tanong ko lang po Sir Omaru, in my case my UAN appeared in my dashboard right after submitting my PDS. okay lang po ba kung screenshot from my dashboard and isa-submit ko? i mean wala po akong na-receive na email regarding link for e-PDS kasi nga nag-appear agad UAN ko without selected position nga lang.

        • Yes Ma’am, pwede po yan. Send na lang po kayo ng two other emails, first with the subject DATA CORRECTION. Pag naedit nyo na po nang maayos at naisubmit, send another email, this time with the subject NO UAN SENT as of (indicate the date) for you to be able to print your PDS in a PDF format.

    Sir, is it possible to use my sister’s TIN number temporarily? I’ve registered online but it says that I have similar information. Please tell me what am I supposed to do. Thank you.

    • Yes Ma’am it is possible (but is not recommended). You are experiencing that error because you may have successfully registered but failed to verify your email address. Use your sister’s TIN number at your own risk. If you succeed, change it immediately in your e-PDS that you will fill out. Thank you Ma’am.

    • Hi Sir Oliver. Yesterday we were oriented by our SDS and we were informed that we are only entitled for one Unique Applicant Number. Those who have applied in two or more different divisions were asked where they really want to be ranked.

    • Hi Ma’am Ma. Teresa. It will not affect your application as long as you beat the deadline given to you. However, just like the thousands of applicants having trouble with the process, you also have to wait for the verification email. If by Thursday, April 9, 2015 there is still no verification email. please send an email at depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject NO VERIFICATION EMAIL as of April 9, 2015

        • Hi Ma’am, you may coordinate with to the school principal to whom you submitted your papers or go to your division office. I have read that although UAN is a requirement for teacher applicants, hindi po yun pwedeng maging hindrance para di kayo tanggapin or bigyan ng English Proficiency Test. You may submit your UAN to the Division Office as soon as you received it. Kung nanghihingi po sila ng proof na kayo ay nagregister, then give them a proof.

    • Hi Mel. In our division, we will only be given an English Proficiency Test if we have our UAN because the UAN will be the basis of test proctors or administrators.

    • Hi Ma’am Jessa, as far as I know, you will submit your UAN to the district office in your locality. Please ask the school principal to whom you submitted your requirements on what to do next.

    Good evening Sir. Where can I get the generated Personal Data Sheet. Complete naman po yun sa PDS ko. Then sa position, nilagay ko po ang Teacher 1 then save but in the end nung naka-submit na ang nakalagay ‘select position’. Okay lang po ba yun? Thanks.

    • Hi Ma’am Rizza, we have the same issue. The position doesn’t show “Teacher 1” although I have selected it before submitting my e-PDS. That’s okay, it is an error on the part of the system which will be fixed soon. As long as you have your UAN, you’re good to go. To print your PDS, you may try to send an email at depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject NO UAN SENT as of April 8, 2015. The email with the UAN contains a link to download your e-PDS in a PDF format for you to be able to print it out.

    i didnt get my UAn through email but only in dashboard so how can i print out my pds?

    • We had the same issue Ma’am. I also didn’t receive an email with my UAN until now. For that, you may try to resend an email at depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject NO UAN SENT as of April 8, 2015. The email with the UAN contains a link to download your e-PDS in a PDF format for you to be able to print it out.

      • Hi Ma’am Simplicia, please keep sending an email to depedhris.twg@gmail.com with subject NO VERIFICATION EMAIL as of April 9, 2015. But do not spam the system po. Once or twice a day po ay pwede na. Sa case ng pinsan ko na di nakareceive ng verification email, nagsend lang po ako ng verification email, nagrespond naman ang DepEd ngayong umaga, di lang po ganun kabilis, pero magrerespond po yan.

    • Pwede nyo po i-try Ma’am but it’s not recommended kasi baka magkaroon kayo ng duplicate entry sa system. Ganyan po talaga, sa dami po ng emails na narereceive ng DepEd, expect nyo po na di agad ganun kabilis ang response.

        • Hi Sir Christian, have you checked your Spam folder? Kadalasan po kasi may mga emails na doon napupunta. Pag wala pa rin po sa Spam, you may try to send another email at depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject NO VERIFICATION EMAIL as of April 11, 2015. But do not spam the system po. Once or twice a day po ay pwede na. Di lang po ganun kabilis, pero magrerespond po yan. Case to case basis din po, may mabilis makareceive, mayroong hindi.

    • Hi Ma’am Izah, sorry but you have to choose one. You will not be allowed to be ranked in two different divisions. The concerned DepEd personnel will soon find that out so it is better to prevent further problems by choosing a division to where you really want to be ranked.

    • Yes Teacher Jackie, UAN stands for Unique Applicant Number. Ayan na po yun, ako rin po walang nareceived through email, sa dashboard ko lang po nakita.

      If it doesn’t, try another browser, or clear your browsing data and cache (the steps are provided above, in the article). If you still fail to make the webpage load, try another computer, preferably one with a much stable connection and avoid registering during peak hours. It is better to register early in the morning, like 4-6AM. Hope it helps.

    • Hi Sir, kindly coordinate with your division office or the school principal to whom you submitted your papers. The deadline on the UAN should not be the same with the deadline of the application. You may submit your UAN as soon as you get it. For the mean time, explain your case to them and show them a proof that you have indeed registered so that they will allow you to take the English Proficiency Test. Furthermore, kindly resend an email at depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject NO VERIFICATION EMAIL as of April 8, 2015. You will be ranked Sir 🙂

    • Hi Sir Sky, good evening. As far sa I know, yung kulay green na alphanumeric characters sa dashboard ay ayun na ang UAN mo something like this: T1500 ____. You can see a printable PDF version of your e-PDS once you receive the email containing your UAN. In the said email, there will be a link to download your e-PDS.

    • Hi Sir Rhon174, yes, it will be better if you do so. Please use the email you are using when editing your e-PDS as when you accomplished your e-PDS, the system will send a confirmation to the said email address. Please disregard your other email add.

    • Hi Ma’am, you may print or capture the computer screen showing that you have registered using your email. You may also show your email that you are sending a message at depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject NO VERIFICATION EMAIL. Also, they can track your email on their system. It’s not your fault na di po kayo makakuha ng UAN. You will only be accounted to it if you didn’t even try to register.

    Good day sir. Dalawa po ang inapplyan kong division. Meron na akong UAN. But when i had read the comments below, it seemsna bawal na magpa-rank in two division. If i have to choose one, paano gagawin ko kung yung choice ko ay hindi yung na-submit ko ng division where i applied to? Can i still change the division appearing on the dashboard. Thanks.

    • Hi Sir Jeric. Yes, as far as I know, bawal po talaga yun. We have been oriented about that at yung mga may duplicate application or papers from two different district or divisions ay na-announced ang kanilang pangalan and they were told to choose only one district/division. To correct your data, kindly send an email to depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject DATA CORRECTION.

Sa pagkakaalam ko po kasi, you need to accomplish and submit your PDS before acquiring a UAN and take note na kapag sinubmit mo na ang e-PDS, you won’t be able to edit it again. Kung may UAN na kayo pero di nakumpleto ang info sa PDS, kindly send an email to depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject DATA CORRECTION.

    • Hello po Ma’am Doris, keep refreshing the page po. Ganyan din sakin, minsan magse-save, minsan hindi. Basta ganon lang po, refresh nyo, or gamit kayo ng ibang browser, or mag edit kayo sa madaling araw para mabilis ang net at hindi peak hour, o kaya naman ay i-clean ninyo ang browsing history at cache ng inyong browser.

    Good day! Sir, is it possible to apply in 2 division offices? In our place, it is allowed to apply both in the city and also in the province division.

    I doubt if this would also be true with the new application system where an applicant has to do the online registration first.

    • Hi Ma’am Klowee. I’m not sure regarding the policies between the division office and the city office regarding the accommodation of papers of Teacher I applicants. But just a peace of advice, I think it is better to choose between the two offices to prevent any issues later on when you are about to be hired as a regular teacher. (Baka po kasi may magreklamo sa inyo) hehehe. Pero better po kung magtanong na din kayo sa division office nyo kung allowed po yung dalawang application.

  • Hello, Omaru. Tanong ku lang kung ano next step na gagawin ku after ku makuha yung Applicant Number ko. Kailangan ba na pumunta ako sa division office para ibigay yung Applicant number? May nabasa kasi ako ganito sinabi:

    b. Applicants who have already submitted requirements prior to the release of these Guidelines must still register to the online system, after which they shall submit their Applicant Number to the division office.

    • Hi Ma’am Melanie, based on the cases we have read about, that’s not possible. You have to encode and submit your PDS first for you to acquire your UAN.

Hindi po ito kagaya ng downloadable CSC 212 form. Sa website po tayo mismo ng DepEd magpi-fill up.

    • Hi Ma’am Myra, have you successfully verified your email? If yes, then you may proceed “Signing In” to the DepEd Online Application System. When you visit this link: application.deped.gov.ph please click on “Sign In” if the page doesn’t load, refresh your browser until it reloads properly or clean your browser if the problem persists. You may also use another browser or another computer while signing in to the system. Please also sign in in times when most people are asleep. Avoid peak internet hours.

    • Hi Ma’am Angeliza, ganyan po talaga ang system sa ngayon. Refresh lang po lagi until the page reloads properly, your data will automatically be saved naman po. Also, you can try cleaning your browsing data, cache and cookies. The link on how to do that is provided above. You may also try to use another browser, another computer, and try to edit your e-PDS early in the morning or late at night to avoid peak internet hours.

          • Hi po Ma’am Karen, nacheck nyo na po ba ang Spam folder ng Yahoo Mail ninyo? Kung wala pa rin po doon, send po kayo uli ng another email with the subject NO VERIFICATION EMAIL as of (indicate the date). Matagal po kasi talaga magreply ang system. Regarding po sa English Proficiency Test, makipagcoordinate po kayo sa division office kung ano po ang magiging ruling regarding sa permission para makapag take ng test. Requirement po ang UAN pero di po ibig sabihin na dahil di pa kayo nakakakuha neto ay di na kayo pwede mag exam. Magbigay lang po kayo ng proof na nagregister na kayo. I think maiintindihan nila yan kasi system ang may problema at hindi po kayo.

          • Hi po Sir Arnel, depende po sa mandate ng inyong division office kung ipiprint po ninyo ang PDS. Pero normally, that is not necessary naman po. What is important is you have secured your UAN.

        3. Do NOT spam. Sending consecutive emails with in a small interval of time can be a form of spam. Send email once or twice a day.
        sa depedhris email but different cases siguro mga 8 times na,ang naging problem ko nhaman kase ngayun DATA CORRECTION nasave ko naman kase lahat nung nagfill up ako at nadouble checkko,pagcheck ko pds kulang kulang data.. Anu po yun hintayin komagbukas para hindi masabing naka-ilang send ako sa email na yon?

Ako rin po kumpleto ang details nung nagsubmit ng PDS pero nung pagkasubmit ko, wala yung details ng Cedula pati yung sa “Others 2” yung puro “No” ang sinasagot natin. hehe. Pero di pa po ako nagsesend ng email for data correction. Sa case nyo po, wait nyo lang po Ma’am, dadating din po yan. Matagal po talaga gaya ng sa iba, pero magrerespond din po yan. Pag nagrespond sila, mae-edit nyo po uli yung PDS nyo Ma’am.

    • Hi Ma’am Ro, pwede nya po marecover ang gmail nya kung nailagay nya ang phone number nya sa gmail nya as a recovery option. When signing in sa Gmail. Click on “Need Help” then select “I don’t know my password” and follow the onscreen instructions.

    Hindi ko po maedit ang PDS ko. na click ko po ang save button pero pa siya nasusubmit. Ano po ang gagawin ko para maedit ang personal data ko.

    • Hi Ma’am Norma, as long as di nyo pa po naki-click ang submit button, pwede nyo po iedit ang PDS ninyo. Madalas lang po talaga magdown ang website pero refresh nyo lang po ang browser ninyo hanggang mag reload properly or log out then log in again. Or use another browser or computer.

    …good afternoon sir, last april 8 ngsubmit po ako sa depedhris.twg@gmail.com ng message about DATA CORRECTION then april 9 nareceive ko po na pwede ng i-reopen yung PDS ko kasi po na-submit ko na po yung PDS ko but i failed to fill up the info sa dashboard. after filling up and correcting all the necessary info, i submitted it again. ang sabi po ng system wait for 24hours pero tapos na po ang 24hours and until now wala pa pong UAN. ano po pwede kong gawin????

    • Hi Ma’am Kat, all you have to do is to send another email at depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject NO UAN SENT as of April 10, 2015. Nag email din ako sa kanila with the same subject at kinabukasan naman ay nareceived ko po.

    sir, paano po yan, kung dalawang division ang gusto mong pasahan ng pds? allowed ba ng deped to get another UAN? o isa lang ang gagamitin mo?

    • Hi Ma’am Racquel, each applicant po ay entitled lamang sa ISANG UAN. Meaning hindi pwedeng maging dalawa ang inyong UAN. Also, as far as I know, at based na rin po sa karamihan, alam ko po ay hindi allowed ang magparank ka sa dalawang magkaibang divisions o dalawa ang ipinasa mong papel sa magkaibang districts. Mahirap na po magkaproblema sa huli Ma’am pag mapepermanent ka na. Kaya as a piece of advice po, iwasan na lang po siguro. Pero nasasainyo pa rin po yan. 🙂

    Good evening po. Last april 6, 2015 pa po ako nag sent ng pds. I am regularly checking my email. But as of today, April 10, 2015 wala pa din po akong narerecive na UAN. Im a little worried po kse malapit na po yung deadline dito sa division namin. Ano po maari kong gawin?

    • Hi Ma’am Mariliz, send pa rin po kayo ng email. At the same time po ay magprint din kayo ng email ninyo at ng proof na nagregister kayo. Present it to your division office and explain. Maiintindihan naman po nila kayo kasi nangyayari naman yan sa karamihan ng applicants. Another is that, di naman daw po hindrance ang kawalan ng UAN para di matanggap sa pag aapply. Di daw po dapat parehas ang deadline ng submission ng UAN, sa deadline ng application. As soon as nakakuha daw po ng UAN,then dun na lang ihabol.

    • Hi Ma’am Glad, it’s a case to case basis po Ma’am. Sa dami po ng narereceive na email. Siguro natatabunan yung query ninyo. Sa akin naman po at sa pinsan ko, wala pa pong 24 hours ay nakareply naman sila. Try nyo po pa rin pong magsend ng email Ma’am. Basta don’t spam lang po.

  • good eve sir.. problema q talaga last week pa yung verification. kya naka-ilang apply aq ng e-mail address… but then nag message po ako ngayon sa depedhris.twg@gmail.com, para iconfirm sa kanila na sa itong e-mail address nlng i-send sakin ang verification.. effective kaya yun sir..? anu poba mgandang gawin. na-aalarm kc aq sa deadline ng pg-submit ng UAN sa DO.

    • Hi Ma’am Marymil, siguro po better to stick na lang po sa isang email address. Baka mag cause po kasi yan ng confusion on the part of the system at sa inyo rin po. Siguro po wait nyo na lang ang verification sa email na gusto nyong gamitin and then finish the process using the same email po.

    • Hi Ma’am Christina, ganito po yan Ma’am. Once kasi na naisubmit nyo na ang PDS, hindi nyo na po siya pwedeng i-edit. Now, para mailagay nyo yung mga tamang data, send your complete name and email address to depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject DATA CORRECTION and explain your case po para maedit ninyo ang inyong PDS. Regarding sa pag save, pag nag 404 error po ang page while saving or blank lang sya, nagse-save po yan automatically kadalasan. Pag ayaw magload ng page, ibig sabihin down talaga ang website/system at the moment. Gawin nyo po ay balik po kayo sa application.deped.gov.ph, then log out, at log in po uli kayo. Kung di pa rin masolve, clear nyo po ang browsing history ng computer ninyo.

    • Hi Sir, what do you mean by OAS? Kung Online Application System po, o yung UAN ninyo, it varies po per division kung kailan ang ibinibigay na deadline of submission of your UAN.

    • Hi po Ma’am Glaiz. Punta po kayo sa division office ninyo with the proof na nagregister kayo. Maybe the email that you sent. O kaya naman ay ang screenshot ng inyong dashboard. Explain your case Ma’am, hindi po dapat maging hindrance ang kawalan ng UAN as long as nagtry po kayo magregister. You can submit it naman as soon as you acquire it. Normally, papayag naman sila at maiintindihan nila kayo kasi alam din nila na di pa ganun ka smooth ang system.

    • Hi Ma’am ZRICA, normally, if you were able to hit or click the “SAVE” button, you don’t need to start all over again because the system automatically saves your data. But if you failed to do so, then you need to start from the beginning.

    • Yes Ma’am Judith, down po ang system pag ganun. What you can do is to try to refresh your browser multiple times until the page reloads properly. Pag ayaw pa rin po. Try clearing your browsing history and cache (the steps in doing this is provided in the article). Or try nyo po mag log-in kapag madaling araw or midnight para iwas sa peak internet hours.

    • Hi Ma’am Evalinda, kung ano po ang email address na ginamit nyo sa pag sign up, ayon din po ang kailangan ninyong i-open. Doon po kayo maghihintay ng verification email. Kung @yahoo.com or @ymail.com po ang ginamit ninyo, mag log in po kayo sa Yahoo Mail, kung @gmail.com naman po, mag log in po kayo sa Gmail. Yung @deped.gov.ph ay pwede lamang pong gamitin ng mga teachers na regular or permanent na po.

    • Hi Ma’am zenzygurl. Sa pag eedit po ng e-PDS, you need to click the s”SAVE” button before proceeding to another tab/page. Kaya one page at a time lang po ang pagse-save ng e-PDS. If you have clicked the “SAVE” button and page went blank, your data on that particular page should automatically be saved. It should appear the next time the page reloads properly.

    • I think that’s ok lang po Ma’am as long as you haven’t verified neither of the two accounts you have created. But to be sure, try to verify po your newly created account, log in, and fill out your e-PDS po.

    • Hi Sir Azul, nai-clicked nyo po ba yung “SAVE” before the 404 error showed up? O nai-clicked nyo na po yung “SUBMIT”? Just refresh the page po until it loads properly. Or use anothre browser or computer at gumamit kayo kapag madaling araw or midnight (for a more stable connection). Your data should automatically be saved kahit nag 404 error as long as nai-clicked nyo po yung “SAVE” button.

    • Hi Ma’am Christy, same lang po tayo ng naexperienced. Ang ginawa ko po hinayaan ko na at nagsubmit na ako, kahit dun sa nagenerate na PDF version ng e-PDS ay wala din yung details na yun. Mas importante po kasi ang UAN. Later on naman kasi pag may UAN na kayo ay pwede naman kayo magsend ng email with the subject DATA CORRECTION. Along with your complete name and email address.

Kung wala po, please send your complete name and address at depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject DATA CORRECTION. Then fill up the PDS properly. Pag wala pa rin pong nareceived na UAN, please send another email, this time with the subject NO UAN SENT as of (indicate the date).

      Will I still receive a UAN kahit na overlooked ko fill up-an un form?I accidentally submitted the PDS kasi nagmamadali ako since lagi nag eerror un system. I’m worried with this. Sabi kasi nun orientation pag hindi nakasubmit ng UAN d maisasama un name sa listing kahit na nakasama sa RQA. With this, mababalewala lang un hirap, pagod and pera sa screening process.     • Hi Ma’am Krizia. When filling up the PDS po, dapat after nyo po mag edit or mag add ng info sa bawat tab or page ay iclick nyo po ang SAVE button. Kung di nyo po nagawa at lumipat kayo sa ibang tab or page, then posible po na mawala ang data nyo na hindi nyo na-saved. I’m not sure po kung ganun din ang mangyayari kung diretso na kayo sa SUBMIT button. The best way to know po is to check the email with the UAN and the link to download your PDS in PDF format para makita nyo po kung ano ang mga info na nailagay sa inyong PDF.

    • Hi Ma’am Daisy Faith. What do you mean po na submitted Ma’am? Kapag po kasi kumpleto na ang info ninyo, pagclick nyo po sa SUBMIT button ay may magegenerate po na UAN na makikita ninyo sa dashboard ninyo, that also means na submitted na po ang inyong PDS at hindi maaaring iedit pa.

        • Yes po Ma’am Faith, you may sign in again to your dashboard even after you submitted your PDS. From there, see if there’s a generated UAN (green colored alphanumeric characters) pag wala po. Just send an email with the subject NO UAN SENT as of (indicate the date).

    • Hi Ma’am Dianne. have you checked your Spam folder po? Also, nag email na po ba uli kayo sa depedhris.twg@gmail.com at sinabing wala pa ring verification? Pwede po kayo makipag coordinate sa division office ninyo Ma’am. Normally, maiintindihan po nila na wala pa kayon UAN dahil may di pa nagrereply ang system which is di nyo naman kasalanan. Magdala rin po kayo ng proof na nagregister kayo. Regarding sa registration, I think pwede naman, although mas recommended na hintayin na lang ang email doon sa naunang account na ginawa ninyo.

    • Hi Ma’am Jeanilyn, ganyan po talaga ang system sa ngayon, madalas ang down. Pag ganyan po, you may try to clear your browsing history and cache, nasa article po sa taas ang tutorial. Then you may also try filling out your PDS using another computer and at the time when most people are asleep, madaling araw o hatinggabi.

    • Hi Ma’am Harlene, ang importante po ay mayroon na kayong UAN. Regarding sa pagdadownload ng PDS, ganyan po talaga ang system, madalas down, minsan hindi. What you can do is to try clearing your browsing history and cache. Nasa article na po ang guide kung paano. Then you may also try using another browser to download your PDS, or download your PDS in times when most people are asleep (hatinggabi o madaling araw)

    • Hi Ma’am Karen, I think kung di ako nagkakamali bukas pa lang po, Monday, magreresume ang operation nila. Case to case din po pagdating sa pagreceive ng verification emails, may mabilis po makatanggap, may matagal naman po. Wait nyo lang po, magrereply din po yan.

    • Hi Ma’am Chandine. Please take note that the word “here” in the verification email with the link to verify your registration is only valid for ONE click. Also, try clearing your browsing history and cache then restart the browser again. Or try another browser and register during the time when most people are asleep already. Alternatively, you may also send another email with the subject “REQUEST FOR RESETTING OF PASSWORD”.

    • Hi Ma’am Dorilyn, what email are you using? Yahoo Mail or Gmail? make sure lang po na sa “To:” field ay tama ang email na inyong ilalagay heto po: depedhris.twg@gmail.com without any special characters. Also, you may try refreshing your browser then sign out and sign in again with your email. See the result at balik po kayo dito pag di pa din okay.

    I failed to fill in the info regarding the position and the division I am applying into before submitting it. This was the reason why even up to now I didn’t receive my UAN. I had messaged or emailed hris of deped but even up to now my PDS has not reopened for editing. What should I do po? Thank you.

    • Hi Sir John Paul, case to case po talaga ang duration bago magreply ang DepEd. May mabilis po makareceive ng reply, meron din namang hindi. In your case, what you can do is to send another email with the subject DATA CORRECTION and explain your case po or what exactly happened.

    • Hi Ma’am Arcelie, ganyan din po sakin, kahit nung sinubmit ko na po ay wala pa rin yung ibang details gaya nung sa Cedula at yung sa Contact Person. Hayaan nyo lang po, submit nyo na po. Ang mahalaga naman po ay ang UAN, you may edit your PDS po later by sending an email with the subject DATA CORRECTION.

    • Hi Ma’am Rona, bago nyo po naclick ang Submit at OK, nasaved nyo na po ba lahat ng data sa bawat tab or page ng PDS ninyo? Check your email po at baka doon po sinend ang UAN ninyo along with a link to download your PDS in a PDF format. Pero ang weird lang po dyan ay yung bumabalik kayo sa login page at hindi lumalabas ang UAN sa dashboard. Normally kasi after masubmit ay makikita na ang UAN sa dashboard po.

    • Hi Ma’am DZENNY, that’s actually weird po. I know some of the data ay di talaga nagsesave like yung Cedula at yung contact person, but not the personal info and the family backgroundd. Try using another browser po Ma’am or clear your browsing data and cache.

      • Hi po Ma’am Grace, as of now wala po tayong magagawa to fix this issue. We can only wait for DepEd to fix the said error.

    • Hi Ma’am Lady, send po uli kayo ng email. I think balik na sa operation system ngayon since Monday na po. Matagal lang po talaga magreply minsan dahil siguro sa dami ng emails na narereceived nila. What you can do is to make a screenshot or printout of the email you sent to DepEd and explain your case.

Case to case lang po pagdating sa pagreceive ng email, may mabilis makareceive may matagal din po.

    magandang tanghali po! tanong ko lang kung ano po nangyari sa deped online application page ko kasi po inaayos ko pa lang ang pds ko nasa qualifications tab nako,biglang nag-white screen. hanggang ngayon di ako maka access.

    • Hi Ma’am Pamela, ganyan po talaga ang system. Minsan down, minsan po okay. Ang gawin nyo lang po ay refresh kayo ng browser hanggang sa magload ang page properly. Pag ayaw pa rin kahit nakailang try na kayo, try to use another browser po. Or clean your browsing history and cache, nasa article po ang tutorial. Try nyo rin po mag edit ng PDS during midnight or sa madaling araw.

    • Hi Ma’am Marjorie, kahit po mafill up nyo yung field ng “Contact Person” hindi rin po iyon nagsesave, even sa nagenerate na PDS ko ay wala din pong details na yan even though I’ve filled it up correctly. Send na lang po kayo ng two different emails, first with the subject DATA CORRECTION. Pag naedit nyo na po nang maayos at naisubmit ang PDS ninyo, send another email, this time with the subject NO UAN SENT as of (indicate the date) for you to be able to print your PDS in a PDF format.

    • Hi Ma’am Ledelyn, we had the same experience. Hindi agad nag email sa akin ang DepEd at sa dashboard ko lang din nakita ang UAN ko. Actually, that’s okay as you have secured your UAN. Pero kung gusto nyo po na maprint ang inyong PDS, send an email with the subject NO UAN SENT as of (indicate the date). Pag nakareceived na kayo ng email with your UAN, makikita nyo doon ang link to download your PDS in a PDF format. Ganyan po ang ginawa ko.

    • Hi Ma’am Raechell, have you checked your dashboard po ba para tingnan kung andoon ang inyong UAN? Kung wala po, go to your email and check the Spam folder. Pag wala pa rin po, send lang po kayo ng email with the subject NO UAN SENT as of (indicate the date).

    • Hi Ma’am Arian, pagka-click mo po ng Submit button, dapat may magpa-pop up na message dyan na, Your PDS has been submitted successfully or has been save successfully tapos pagpunta ninyo sa dashboard ninyo ay dapat po andoon na ang inyong UAN, otherwise baka nalimutan nyo po iselect ang inyong division or position sa dashboard.

    I have already a Unique Applicant Number but it is only for one Division Office and I applied 3 separate division, and I was not able to include or add new division office. meaning I was able only to register one division office. What will I do? How will I add two more divisions?

    • Hi Ma’am Jeramie, as far as I know po ay hindi po allowed ang multiple application, meaning hindi ka po pwede mag apply sa more than one division. Sa division po namin, yung mga natrace na may duplicate application papers ay pinamili lang ng division kung saan talaga nila mas gustong magparank.

    • Hi Ma’am Priscila, as long as na-clicked nyo po yung SAVE button, your data should be saved automatically kahit ayaw po magload ng page or may error po. Ang pwede nyo pong gawin ay irefresh ang page hanggang sa magload uli properly. Kung ayaw po, try using another browser or computer or mag edit po kayo pag madaling araw or hatinggabi po.

    • Hi Ma’am Marielle, you cannot do anything about it. You can only wait for their response. If you can see, you have emailed them on April 6 and they responded on April 11. That means that you cannot say when they will respond, again it’s a case to case basis po. May mabilis makatanggap ng response meron namang hindi agad nakakareceive.

    • Hi Ma’am Sherilyn, parehas po tayo ng naexperienced. Take note po na yung sa Cedula po at yung Contact Person in case of emergency po ay di talaga nase-save even after you submitted your PDS po. I think it’s an error on the part of the system po so we can do nothing about it until they fix this alleged error.

    Hello po sir! nung una ko pong edit ng PDS ko, i actually clicked “Submit” without filling out the Division/ Position box, today po, i was able to saved it na. Pwede po bang malaman if Successful na po ba yun? Wala napo kaso akong makitang submit botton sa tab ng Reference po. and was not able to edit my Reference person narin dahil po kapag nag lo-load at nag “404 not found”. pero sa Dashboard po may nkalagay ” RE-open PDS”..

    • Hi Ma’am Jannah, take note po na yung sa Cedula po at yung Contact Person in case of emergency po ay di talaga nase-save even after you submitted your PDS po. Pero kung pati po yung ibang data aside sa mga namentioned ko ay hindi nagsesave then may problem po. Yung pong position ay makikita ninyo sa inyong dashboard, sa bandang ibaba. Pakibasa na lang po ang article sa taas kung paano ifill up yung position.

    • Hi po Ma’am Zhenelyn, no need po na magpaulit ulit ng pag sign up. Yung pagrespond po nila ay case to case basis po, may mabilis po makareceive ng email mayroon din namang hindi agad nakakareceive gaya nyo po. Check nyo rin po ang Spam folder ng email ninyo Ma’am.     • Hi Ma’am Marisol, ganyan po talaga ang system. Minsan pagkasave mo ay biglang nagiging blank ang page o kaya ay 404 error. As long as na clicked nyo po yung SAVE button ay mase-save po ang inyong data. Take note po na yung sa Cedula po at yung Contact Person in case of emergency po ay di talaga nase-save even after you submitted your PDS po.

    • Hi Ma’am phil, the deadline for the submission of UAN should not be the same deadline of application. Coordinate with your division office and they will understand your case just like the hundreds or even thousands of applicants who are having trouble with the online application.

    And nag enroll lang po kasi ako ng 24 units education subjects ano po ba ang ilalagay ko sa education background ko?

    • Hi March, ako rin naman hindi na ako naglagay ng number of hours sa mga trainings ko. Regarding naman po sa Educational Background, lagay nyo lang po yung school kung saan kayo nagcollege. Yung units po kung may “others” or iba pang field na pwedeng paglagyan doon nyo na lang po iindicate.

    • Hi Teacher Fabby, yes you’re right as emails are often sent after the 48-hour waiting time given by DepEd. Just patiently wait for your UAN or check it on your dashboard after submitting your PDS.

    • Hi po have you tried clear your browsing data, cache, and cookies po? or tried using another browser? Madalas po kasi na down ang site ng DepEd dahil sa server problems lalo na po pag madami ang sabay sabay na nag aaccess sa site. You can also try accessing the site po pag madaling araw or midnight.

    Good Day Sir Omar. Kakatapus ko lang mag sign-up sa Account Registration Form and then after ko ma fill up yung requirements, I click the sign-up button sa bottom and then a few seconds later Lumabas yung 404 error. Successful ba yung pag register ko? Thanks

    • Normally Sir John successful po yun. Pero to check po, try nyo po mag log in at tingnan kung ano yung lalabas na error, pag sinabing wala pang account na registered sa email na ginamit nyo then di po nag succeed yung registration, otherwise, may lalabas po dyan na error na mali ang password dahil di nyo pa po nave-verify.

    • Hi Sir Ronald, that means na may nagregister na using that email, kung kayo rin po yun, better po na maghintay na lang sa email ng DepEd at wag nang gumawa pa ng bago. Pero it’s your own call po kung gusto nyo gumawa uli, but personally I would not recommend doing such thing.

  • Hi Sir. I have already received my confirmation for e-mail verification. I tried opening it, and I was able to complete my PDS online. but when I decided to save my data, I encountered an error. So I decided to just try my luck next time. I was unable to open my browser for three days. But, when I tried opening the verification email again, I can’t seem to access the DepEd site. What should I do? I badly need your help. =(

    • Hi Ma’am Eula, please be noted na yung link sa word na “here” sa verification email ay only valid for ONE click. You have already verified your email because you were able to edit your PDS. You need not verify your email again. What you should do is to simply sign in on the DepEd Online Application and submit your PDS, if an error shows up, refresh the page until it loads properly. If it doesn’t, then that’s the sign that the system server is down again.

    • Ma’am it has something to do with your email account. That’s actually weird po. Basta make sure ang isesend nyo lang ay ang email with the subject at iwasan po mag attach ng kahit anong file.

    • Possible po Ma’am but that may also cause confusion to the system. The only way to check it is to wait for the email for both accounts. Now pag may email na sa isang email account ninyo, please avoid using your other account.

    • Hi Sir Roniel, case to case po ang pagreceive ng emails. may mabilis makareceive ng response, meron din namang hindi. Also, please check your email’s Spam folder.

        Good pm po sir…hindi pa po kasi ako nakatanggap ng verification email until now last April 13 po ako nagregister online.Ngayong araw nadw kasi ang deadline sa Division namin tapos remote area pa po yong amin kailangan ko pang mglakad ng malayo para mkapaginternet.nagsend na po ako ng message sa depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject no verification email.

    • Hello po Ma’am Erlinda, malamang po ay na skipped nyo po yung Position kaya wala pong lumabas na UAN, what you can do is to send your complete name and address at depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject DATA CORRECTION and explain your case po para maedit nyo po uli ang inyong PDS.

    • Hi Ma’am Karen, try to refresh the page lang po ng paulit ulit hanggang sa magload ng maayos ang page. Pag ayaw pa rin, try another browser, computer, o ibang oras po sa pag edit ng PDS. Madami pa po kasing bugs ang system sa ngayon at isa na po yan.

    • Hi po Ma’am Stella. Yung SUBMIT button po ay nasa last tab/page di ba po? One tab/page a time lang po ang pagse-save, pag ok na po lahat, click nyo na po yung SUBMIT. At dapat may message dyan na your PDS has been successfully saved, at kung wala kayong naskipped na detail sa dashboard ay dapat may UAN na kayong makikita sa dashboard or sa email ninyo, otherwise, may nalimutan kayong ifill up.

    • Hi Ma’am Rena, depende po yan sa mandate ng division office nyo. Ang alam ko po ay isa-submit nyo lang po ang UAN ninyo at optional lang ang pagprint ng PDS (depende po kung pinapasubmit din sa inyo). Ang importante po ay ang UAN.

    1. Yung sa yahoo ko kasi d ko maremember if nkarecv ako ng email verification. Sa ngayon hanggang dashboard lng ang sa yahoo mail ko na account.D ko man lng maedit. Ang naalala ko nong pinili ko yung division at teacher 1 tapos click ang submit. Then may nagappear na wait for 48 hours for UAN.
    2. Ang sa google naman ay may natanggap ako na verification sa spam, pag click ko sa here, nagopen ng new tab but white lng hanggang nag error 404 not found.

    • Hi Ma’am Lai, hindi po pwede na dalawa ang UAN kaya po sya tinawag na Unique Applicant Number kasi entitled lang ang isang applicant sa isang UAN. Baka po magkaproblema kayo sa application kung sakali po. Pero it’s your call po Ma’am, it’s just a piece of advice po.

    • Hello po Ma’am Norelyn, case to case po Ma’am pagdating sa pagreceive ng email. May mabilis po makatanggap ng email mayroon din pong hindi. Sa ngayon ang magagawa lang po natin ay maghintay sa reply ng DepEd.

    • Hello po Ma’am Crestie, diretso na po kayo sa pag Sign in. Go to application.deped.gov.ph then click on Sign In. Basta one page or tab at a time lang po ang pagseave, pag nag 404 error, refresh lang po hanggang sa magload ng maayos ang page or use another browser or mag edit po kayo sa madaling araw o hatinggabi.

    • Hi Ma’am Diane, ganyan din po ang sa akin at sa iba pang applicants. Don’t worry it’s on the system po. Hopefully ay magkaroon ng fix regarding this sa future updates ng system. Once na sinubmit nyo po ang PDS ninyo ay dapat may lumabas na UAN sa inyong dashboard or sa email unless ay na skipped nyo po ang ang fill up sa position bago kayo nag submit ng PDS.

Ang tanong ko lang po is, kung iedit ko yun ulit mag iba na ba ang UAN ko or the same parin ba?. Pls. help me naguguluhan na ako talaga.

    • Hi Sir Jonathan, hindi na po magbabago ang inyong UAN. Once na maedit ninyo ang inyong PDS ay maa-update lang ang data sa inyong PDS pero hindi na po mag gegenerate ang system ng panibagong PDS.

    • Hi Sir Felix, I got it from one of the personnel from the technical service of DepEd Central Office. I will ask her if it is okay to disclose here her name and get back to you ASAP.

      UPDATE: Hi Sir Felix, I was advised that the said memo is an unnumbered memo came from the Central Office and was intended to be disseminated for Regional Offices.

    Anu po masasabi nyo pag dalwang email ang nasubmit ko saonline application system? Ang sa yahoo ko na account ay wala akong narecieve na UAN at d ko po ma-edit ang PDS ko.
    Ang gmail naman katatanggap ko lng ng email verfication at nalink na ako sa dash board. d ko pa tinuloy apg fill up ang pdf kasi nag alanganin ako sa ngayon.

    • Hi Sir Victor, hindi po recommended na dalawa ang gamiting email sa application. However, since nagawa nyo na po, I suggest na magpatuloy na kayo sa pag fill up ng PDS using your Gmail email address at wag na po kayong mag log in using your yahoo mail.

      • Sir natanggap ko na po ang UAN at nadownload at naprint ang PDS. Kaso ang SEX ay female, CIVIL STATUS ko ay single at walang SPOUSE NAME. Kaci pag fill up ko sa sa pds ay walang sex, civil status at spouse name. Nagemail napo ako sa deped for data correction.

    • Hi po Ma’am Irene, marami po ang naka experience nyan, including me. At sadly, ang magagawa lang po natin ay maghintay sa response ng DepEd through email para ma edit natin uli ang PDS natin. Matagal po talaga ang response dahil sa dami ng queries pero magrerespond po yan.

    • Hi po Ma’am Beverly, try nyo po mag sign out then sign again and edit your PDS. Or clear your browsing history, cache and cookies. Or use another browser or computer. Or edit your PDS during midnight or before dawn.

    • Hi Ma’am Leslie, it’s better po to just wait for the email. Matagal po talaga ang response dahil na rin sa dami ng emails na kailangang sagutin ng DepEd, pero magrereply po yan. Just regularly check your email and your email’s Spam folder po.

We have also received comments citing the same case like yours. Please wait for 48 hours, pag wala pa rin pong email with your UAN, try sending your complete name and address in an email with the subject DATA CORRECTION and explain your case. Pag nare-open na ang inyong PDS, fill up the dashboard first especially the Position field. Submit your PDS again and see if meron nang nagenerate na PDS either via dashboard or email.

Please also be noted na yung link sa word na “here” sa verification email ay only valid for ONE click. You may try clearing your browsing data, cache and cookies, try another browser, computer or internet connection, or try editing your PDS at midnight or before dawn. Or try signing out then sign in again and edit your PDS and see if you will succeed.

    Hi! I just want to ask a question. I already sent/submitted my PDS. I thought after you submit your PDS your UAN can be seen on your Dashboard because other applicants says that after submitting the UAN will appear on your dashboard . But in my case it did not appear. After filling up everything and when I submitted, there appeared a notification that said “I declare under oath….” after clicking OK another appeared “Are you sure you want to continue submission? After clicking OK another notification appeared saying “Your PDS has been succesfully Saved!” After I clicked OK, it returned to the first page of the PDS and the data encoded were no longer there. Also when I went to the Dashboard, the position again is not filled up. Is it OKAY? HAVE I TRULY SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED THE PDS and I should just wait after 48 hours for the email that includes my UAN as well as the e-PDS? Please enlighten me regarding this matter because I’m very confused and a lot of other applicants are asking the same question. Thank you very much for your prompt response.

If there will still be no response from DepEd, send another email, this time include your complete name and address with the subject DATA CORRECTION and carefully fill up your PDS again. I know it takes a lot of effort and hassle, but like the hundreds or even the thousands having trouble with the application, we must all be patient and wait for the system to be stable.

    • Hi po Ma’am Rya, we had the same case po, yung mga details ng Contact Person, Cedula, at yung mga tanong sa Others 2 na tab/page ay di po talaga nagse-save in some cases kahit po i-submit pa ang PDS. Pero if I were you po, I will submit my PDS, but make sure na nafill up nyo po yung dashboard more importantly the Position field.

    • Hi po, please take note po na sa email po with the UAN ay hindi po talaga indicated ang position, it only contains your UAN along with a link to print your PDS. You don’t have to do anything po as you have already secured your UAN. Kung may nalimutan pong ifill up na field, just send your complete name and address in an email with the subject DATA CORRECTION.

    • Hi po Ma’am Karen, nachecked nyo na po ba ang email nyo? Please look at the Spam folder of your email at baka andoon po ang email with the link to download your PDS. Pag wala po, just send an email with the subject NO UAN SENT as of (indicate the date).

    • Hi Ma’am Eunice, we had the same case po, yung mga details ng Contact Person, Cedula, at yung mga tanong sa Others 2 na tab/page ay di po talaga nagse-save in some cases kahit po i-submit pa ang PDS. Regarding sa UAN, make sure na di nyo po naskipped yung Position field sa dashboard before submitting the PDS. Try sending your complete name and address with the subject DATA CORRECTION. Pag nare-open na ang PDS ninyo, fill up muna kayo ng dashboard before editing and submitting your PDS para may magenerate na UAN.

Kung hindi po, you need to send your complete name, address and your case with the subject DATA CORRECTION. Pag nare-open na ang PDS ninyo, fill up muna kayo ng dashboard before editing and submitting your PDS para may magenerate na UAN.

Also under PERSONAL, FAMILY, I had tried like many times to save my personal and family details but it is not showing. Alternatively, you may try clearing your browsing data, cache and cookies, try another browser, computer or internet connection, or try editing your PDS at midnight or before dawn.

    Good morning sir! very uplifting naman po yung memo ni asec mateo above atleast makakasali pa din kami sa EPT, ranking and hiring if ever kahit wala pa yung UAN namin as of April 6 pa po kasi ako nakapagsubmit ng PDS ala pa din UAN em still waiting.I already did your suggestions yet there is no development yet. Nadisseminate na po kaya yang memo sa mga recipients? para po eto na lang maipakita ko po sa principal ko po. ask ko din po sana kung anong memo number po yun? Thanks and God bless us all.

    • Hi po Ma’am May, I think regional and division offices were already advised na po regarding this memo. The said unnumbered memo came from the Central Office po and was supposed to be disseminated for regional offices (AFAIK).

    good day! my concern is just like the other applicants, regarding po sa position, others-skills and hobbies, references- in case of emergency, even in my personal data- height, bld.type, sss pagibig philhealth nos., voluntary work-inclusive dates are all blank in my pds… i already submitted it and in a minute or less i got my uan in the dashboard and receive my uan in my email too… i already downloaded my pds and about to print when i found out all of these. one more thing, in the education area, major and minor were filled up but it did not also appear in my e-pds. what can you suggest sir? thank you for your time… God bless!

We can only wait for the DepEd Online Application to fix the issue as soon as possible. We will try to reach out to DepEd regarding these issues. We have also received comments citing the same case like yours. What is important is you have already secured your UAN. I think, you may send your complete name and address in an email with the subject DATA CORRECTION and explain your case for the chance to fill up the missing data again.

    • Hello po Ma’am Diane, please regularly check lang po tayo ng email especially ang Spam folder at baka andun po pumasok ang ating UAN. pag wala pa rin po after 48 hours. Send na po kayo ng another email.

    please be noted na yung link sa word na “here” sa verification email ay only valid for ONE click. After that, pag di po nagload ang page or nag error po ay mahihirapan na po kayo magverify uli. In that case, send an email po with the subject REQUEST RESETTING OF PASSWORD < — very NICE. WHY limit to ONE click only if di naman mag load at first click?

    • Hello po Ma’am Liezel. Ma’am madalas po talaga na down ang system ng DepEd dahil na rin sa server problems dahil as dami ng gustong mag access sa site. Ang gawin nyo lang po ay refresh kayo ng browser hanggang sa magload ang page properly. Pag ayaw pa rin kahit nakailang try na kayo, try to use another browser po. Or clean your browsing history and cache, nasa article po ang tutorial. Try nyo rin po mag edit ng PDS during midnight or sa madaling araw.

    • Hi po Sir Nathan, please be noted po na yung link sa word na “here” sa verification email ay only valid for ONE click. After that, pag di po nagload ang page or nag error po ay mahihirapan na po kayo magverify uli. In that case, send an email po with the subject REQUEST RESETTING OF PASSWORD. Yan po ay posibleng isang error on the part of the system to which we cannot do anything. We can only wait for DepEd to fix the said bug.

    • Hi po Ma’am Joyce, matagal po talaga magreply Ma’am in some cases including yours po. Yes, you may try signing up with another email but do it at your own risk po as it may cause confusion to the system po. Pero you can try it for the chance of receiving a verification email po. Also, please check your email’s Spam folder.

    • Hi Ma’am Sarah, as far as I know, kailangan nyo muna pong iedit ang inyong PDS at isubmit bago po kayo makapag generate ng PDS. Regarding po sa pagtake ng exam, pakibasa po ang aming update as of April 15 yung pong memorandum order.

    • Yes Ma’am better po na mag re-open kayo ng PDS. Hindi naman po magbabago ang inyong UAN kaya no need to worry po.

  • Sir, Nag-register ako today ulit using my gmail account kasi di aq mabgyan ng UAN sa yahoo.ko… I dont know kung anong Problema….         • Yes Ma’am, as per Assec. Mateo’s memorandum states, pwede po kayo makakuha ng English Proficiency Exam. Pero it would be better po kung makipagcoordinate po kayo agad sa inyong division office regarding sa situation ninyo.

However, pagsinasave ko by clicking yung save personal data, may notification na you succesfully saved your data. The problem s after that bumabalik uli yung template ng personal data na walang information. Pano po iyon. I think pwede naman po umulit ng registration but it is not recommended po baka po kasi magkaroon ng confusion sa system dahil identical po ang mga info na isusupply ninyo sa PDS. Kung nasubmit nyo na po ang PDS ninyo, better to wait for the email na lang po. But it’s your call po kung gusto nyo magregister uli.

  • Good day tanong ko lang po kung pwede bang magregister ng dalawang yahoo account kasi po yung una kong yahoo mail nakareceived na ng confirmation and nakapagsubmit na ako ng PDS ko pero wala pa din akong UAN na nareceive upon submission of my PDS last april 10 pa po ngayon nagtry ako na iregister yung isang yahoo mail ko and nareceive ko na po ulit ung confirmation pwede ko po bang fill upan ulit yung PDS ng new account ko para makakuha na ako ng UAN ko kasi nagsent na din po ako dun sa website na depedhris pero wala pa din pong action so kung pwede po itong isang account ko nalang ang gagamitin ko baka sakaling pag fill up ko ng PDS ko may lumabas ng UAN.     • Hi po Ma’am Elizabeth, although it is possible, it is not recommended to sign up with two different emails and create two different accounts. Baka po kasi magkaproblema kayo later on lalu na identical po lahat ng details na ilalagay nyo sa dalawang accounts. Matagal lang po talaga magreply ang system through email Ma’am pero magrereply po yan. Please also check your email’s Spam folder always.

        You can instead request for that your PDS be re-opened for edit ONLY ONCE with the subject title: PDS encoded Request to RE-OPEN. This request, however, is subject to approval based on the reason provided. No reason, no approval.

        You are also reminded to review your data and SAVE. re-SUBMIT it again after effecting the necessary changes. After submitting and if everything is in order, please visit your dashboard again for your UAN (in green text).

Sabi “your PDS has been successfully saved” pero binabalik ka lang sa first tab ng PDS mo and then nawawala yung ibang na-encode ko. I tried to update pero the same thing happens. Paulit-ulit lang po ako pero walang nangyayari at WALANG UAN NA LUMALABAS. What shall I do?

  • Hello po Ma’am Laura, if I were you po, hihintayin ko na lang po . Please also check your email regularly especially your Spam folder po. Matagal lang po talaga magreply, pero magrereply po yan.

      • If after 48 hours po ay wala pa rin. Send po kayo ng email with the subject NO VERIFICATION EMAIL as of (indicate the date). Wait for another 48 hours, pag wala pa rin po, send po kayo ng another email. Nakakafrustrate po kung iisipin pero sa ngayon po that’s the only way po. Pwede po kayo mag register gamit ang ibang email pero it’s your own call po.

          • Hello po Ma’am Rosalie, good to hear po na may UAN na kayo. Congratulations po. Regarding po sa inyong EPT schedule, better to coordinate po with the school principal kung saan kayo nagpasa ng papers or better po ay dumeretso na kayo sa inyong division office.

    Sir goodmorning po, may mga kakilala po ako na walang TIN. ngayun po pag ni-click nila yung SUBMIT button, may dialog box na lalabas “Please enter TIN.” pag ni click namin yun, ibabalik naman kami sa first part nung PDS. Di ba po kahit daw walang TIN number pwede naman magsubmit ng PDS? panu po mase-save yung PDS kung lagi pong lumalabas e “Please enter TIN?”

    • Hi po Ma’am legallyblah. Sa registration po ay pwede mag sign up kahit walang TIN pero sa pag fill up po ata ng PDS ay kailangan na po. Kung wala pa pong TIN, may instruction po ako sa article sa itaas kung papaano makakuha online. Pakibasa na lang po then try uli mag edit ng PDS. Sa ngayon po ay maraming errors ang naeexperience ng mga applicants regarding sa online application kasama na po doon ang naexperience ng kakilala ninyo.

    • Ma’am yan po ay isang error sa part ng system. Hanggang ngayon po ay wala pa ring solution tungkol dyan. Once na magkaroon po ng update ay magpopost po kami para mainform kayong lahat.

    sir good morning po! meron na po akong natanggap na email from deped containing my UAN pero di ko po ma.download yung PDS ko. Pag-ikiniclick ko yung link na click here to download your PDS, blank lang ang lumalabas. Bakit po ganon?

    • Hello po. That’s actually an error po on the part of the system. Try nyo po sa ibang oras, ibang browser, or clear your browsing data, cache, and cookies. But more likely po kahit po gawin nyo yan, pag down po ang system hindi nyo rin po madadownload ang inyong PDS. What’s important po ay mayroon na kayong UAN.

  • Hi po Sir Charles, marami po kayo na nakakaexperienced ng ganyang error sir at naiforward ko na po sa DepEd HRIS team ang mga concern ng mga applicants netong mga nakakaraang araw. Hintayin ko na lang po ang kanilang reply at magpopost po ako ng update. For now, please check nyo pa rin po ang inyong emails lalo na ang Spam folder since we don’t have any idea kung may marereceive po kayo na UAN o wala.

  • Hello po Ma’am Elizabeth. Since you have already submitted your PDS. Look if all the data are intact and all the data you supplied are still there. Kung kumpleto po lahat ng data nyo, send na lang po kayo ng email with the subject NO UAN SENT as of (indicate the date). Kasi po kung intact po lahat ng data ninyo eh wala po talaga kayo magiging reason para ire-open ang inyong PDS.

      • Ma’am no need po to re-open ang inyong PDS since intact naman po lahat ng data. What you need to do is to send an email with the subject NO UAN SENT (indicate the date). Nagbibigay lang po ng reason for re-opening kapag ang subject nyo po for sending an email is for DATA CORRECTION.

    • Hello po. Pakihintay lang po ang reply. Case to case po ang bilis ng response Ma’am dahil na rin siguro sa dami ng emails na narereceive ng DepEd HRIS team. Unawain na lamang po natin. Please regularly check your email especially your email’s Spam folder po.

  • Hello po Ma’am Gigi. That’s the first time I heard of such a case. Ang pagkakaalam ko po kasi ay entitled lang talaga tayo sa isang UAN. I will also forward your concern to DepEd HRIS and ask kung bakit naging dalawa ang inyong UAN. Matanong ko lang po, isang account at isang email add lang po ba ang ginamit ninyo from the start?

      sir i only registered once, recieved only one verification, used only one email address and used only one account in signing in deped online system. last nyt i just recieved an email from deped showing my updated pds with 2nd uan. now i do have 2 downloaded pds, 1 with data correction and d other 1 s d complete data of my pds.

    Good morning sir! just want to ask po kasi deadline na namin ng submission ng UAN. Everytime I click suBmit may nagpapop na “PDS SAVED”. Then when I checked I can still edit and submit again my PDS. And worst po wala pa pong UAN. If i will wait naman po ng 48hrs sa email wala po akong assurance na nasend na talaga yung PDS ko. I made sure I checked and saved the portion “Office and Positions Applied for” before I continued typing in my PDS. I emailed them about not having my UAN as of April 20, 2015. I followed all instructions and tried for days po. hope you can help me. Thank you!

  • Ah Ma’am di ko po yan masasagot but one thing I’m sure is the DepEd HRIS team are working hard to respond to all the emails being sent to them everyday. Kaya tama po, remain patient lang po at hintayin ang response nila.

    • Hi Ma’am Jannah. That’s actually not the case Ma’am. We had the same experience. Wala rin yung position dun sa dashboard ko and I didn’t receive my UAN through email immediately. What I did was after 48 hours of generating my UAN, I sent an email with the subject NO UAN SENT as of (I indicated the date that day) at yun po, less than 24 hours po ay nareceived ko na ang email. Hope it would go the same to you.

      • Hello po Ma’am Karen. I’m not sure pero pwede pong ang printer ang may problema. Try nyo po iprint gamit ang ibang printer. Pero kung yan lang naman po ang mali, itama nyo na lang po using a correction tape. Ang mas importante po talaga ay ang UAN.

  • Hello po Sir, please read po ang aming update. May sagot po doon sa inyong question. Pero heto po para di na kayo mahirapan.Remember that the verification email tests if the email address that you registered into
    the system is valid or not. Technically, this is a positive response from the system. A
    click to the word ‘here’ meant that the email address registered is valid and can now
    create their PDS. What the applicant can do is to re-load the page again until they can
    see the application page, enter their username and password the registered and click
    ‘Sign In’ to start encoding their PDS

  • Hi Ma’am leyden. Yes Ma’am, mabibigyan din po kayo ng UAN. regarding po sa deadline, pakibasa po yung memo ni DepEd Assec. Mateo po above in the article para mabawasan po ang inyong worry at mabigyan kayo ng relief. And yes po, may sagot na po ang DepEd HRIS team regarding sa error na yan.   • Hello po Ma’am Ezyl. Ganito po yun. Not being able to submit your UAN before and after your English Proficiency Exam or after you submitted all of your other pertinent documents should not be the reason for your disqualification. However, you still need acquire your UAN and submit it to your division office as soon as possible. So yes, he/she can still be hired but again, secure your UAN even after the RQA has been released.

        • Hello po Ma’am Rea. Sa ngayon po ay isa po ang mga yan sa mga errors/bugs/or issues na ginagawan po ng paraan ng DepEd HRIS team. No need po na gumawa ng panibagong account Ma’am. Hintayin lang po natin na maayos ang system. Magpopost po ng notification ang DepEd HRIS team sa mismong site ng DepEd once po na mafix na ang nasabing technical error.

If you have successfully submitted your PDS before you should find the ‘Re-open PDS’ button below your name that will allow you to send a request for your PDS to be re-opened again for editing. Be reminded that this request is subject to approval. You will be asked to state the reason why you are requesting for the re-opening of your PDS. Isang email lang po Sir, matagal lang po talaga magrespond minsan pero magrereply po yan.

    Na generate po yung UAN at na submit ang problema po ay walang position. Pero bago ko po sinumbit eh na save ko naman yung position kaso nung inedit ko po yung PDS hindi pa rin ma click yung sa TIN at nung nag click ako sa submit button, lumabas po yung “I declare under oath…” Tapos nung click ko OK, lumabas kung sure na isusubmit ko na. Akala ko po pagclick ko nung OK lalabas na please enter TIN kasi ganun naman po kadalasan lumalabas. Pero nagsubmit lng po sya at nagenerate yung TIN sa dashboard. Paano po yun? OK lang po ba na walang TIN dun sa PDS? Thanks po.

  • Ma’am ayan po pala may UAN na kayo. Ganyan din po yung sakin, wala po yung position after ko magenerate ang UAN ko, hinayaan ko lang po Ma’am. Regarding po sa TIN. Mag request na lang po kayo ng re-open ang PDS ninyo para maedit nyo po. Please refer po sa document posted above.

      Naka receive na po ako kaagad ng email na may UAN ko tapos yung e-PDS ko po. Ok po hahayaan ko na lang po ang position kagaya nyo po. Tsaka ok na lang po na wala yung TIN kasi wala naman pa po akong TIN eh. Pero nag request po ako na ire-open yung PDS. Pag na approve po ba yun eh ang problema ko po baka mag iba yung UAN na nagenerate? Thanks po talaga.

    Hi fellow applicants and sir Omar meron na po ako UAN thank you po sa mga useful post mo dito, I also encounter your problem po na hindi masulatan yong TIN buti nlng last monday nag apply uli ako ng panibagong account last night at 10:00 po dumating yong verification ko at sa panibagong account ko hindi na po license number yong ginamit ko yong TIN na tlga, by the time mag fill na ako ng PDS nawala na po yong problem about di masulatan yong sa TIN dahil meron na sya, so yon I fill all the pds and then after submitting, my UAN na ako sa dashboard tapos naka tanggap na rin ako ng email, cguro gawa nlng kau ng panibagong account. 🙂

Although nagwork po sa part nyo yung paggawa ng panibagong account, it is not recommended po na gumawa ng panibago, unless po ay hindi pa kayo nakakatanggap ng verification. Yung mga problems po na naeencounter ng applicants ngayon ay kasalukuyan po na inaaddress ng DepEd HRIS team at once po na maging okay ang system ay makakapag edit na po uli kayo nang maayos.

  • Hello po Ma’am Richelle, when encoding your work experience or any other data in your PDS, please refrain from typing in apostrophe (‘), quotes (‘ ‘), double quotes (“ “) and double dash (–). Kung wala pong ganyan sa inencode nyo na data sa “College” na field, ibig sabihin isa yan sa mga technical errors na kasalukuyan pong ginagawan ng paraan ng DepEd HRIS team.

Nakuha ko po approval ngayon unfortunately di ko pa din maedit yung nasa dashboard where the position is indicated. Ano po kaya gagawin ko?

    • Hello po Ma’am Joyce. We had the same experience po. Even now, di pa po ako nagrerequest na magpa re-open ng PDS ko although nawala din yung “Position” applied for na dapat ay Teacher I. Pero if you have time, please send na po kayo ng request to re-open but make sure na mapaliwanag nyo po ang nangyari sa case nyo.

    The request to re-open my PDS was approved but when I edited the data encoded in the VOLUNTARY WORK tab, it was correct but when I printed the PDS, the one encoded there was different. Tapos I can’t edit na kasi only once lang d ba pwedeng ma edit yung PDS? I can’t remember the exact day, just the month and year. But when printed, there is day in the date but I know the day is not correct there. Automatic nagkakaroon ng day sa date eh kasi ang format nila is YYYY-MM-DD. What should I do if I can only remember the month and year? What should I place there? And also the position, I already have my UAN but whenever I log in to the site, the position is not filled up but the UAN is there in the dashboard. Thank you.

    • Hello po, we had the same case po Ma’am. Ganyan din po sa akin, may UAN pero walang position at di rin nagsave yung sa Cedula ko at Person to contact in case of emergency. Pero hinayaan ko lang po and up to now, di po ako nagsesend ng request to re-open my PDS. Regarding po sa date, honestly, nagtsamba lang po ako dyan kasi sino ba naman ang nakakatanda pa ng date ng pasukan nung elem, so what I did is that I estimated po, minsan first week ng june, pag sobrang aga, ginagawa kong 2nd week, ganun din sa graduation kaso lagi kong tinatapat ng Friday.hehe

        Yun rin nga po ginawa ko sa date, buti na lang may copy ako ng report card ko noon kaya inestimate ko na lang example sa june, merong 19 school days, kaya binilang bilang ko na lang sa june ng kung anong year ako nag start ng grade 1 tsaka yung nilagay ko na date na lang kung kailan yung graduation binase ko sa diploma ko. Haha!

    Goodeveining po. Everytime po na mag open ako ng pds ko, laging hindi nasesave ung college information ko. Sinesave ko naman po. kaya hindi ko mai submit submit dahil dun. Weeks ko nang tinatry. Paano po kaya un? And im worried na baka dahil lang dun masayang lahat ng dinaanan kong process dahil sinabihan ako nung panel nung nagdemo ako na magpasa ako ng UAN sa division office.

However, it is advised that you should still secure your own UAN, as soon as possible.   • Hello po Sir James, sa inbox po ba ng email ninyo pumasok ang email with the link to download your PDS? O sa Spam folder po? Kung sa Spam folder po, normally di talaga yan maki-click at kailangan nyo muna po i-move sa inbox. pero kung sa inbox nyo sya nareceived pero ayaw ma-click o grayed out yung link, maaaring yan po ay isa pong technical error. Make sure po na yan ang unang beses na sinubukan nyong i-click ang link. Kasi po the second time around di na po nadadownload ang PDS.

    • Hello po. May form po ako na inattached sa itaas po ng article. Paki gamit lang po iyon para po makapagsend kayo uli ng request sa DepEd HRIS team for a new verification email po.

    • Hello po Ma’am Ruth. Ma’am wait lang po tayo. Kahit ako po ay naghihintay din ng response galing sa kanila. Madami po kasi talaga ang emails na narereceive nila kaya po may delay po sa response. Pero magrereply po yan.

    • Hello po Ma’am Mabhec, maiintindihan po nila kung wala po kayong UAN at the moment Ma’am kasi madami po talaga ang nagkaroon ng problema regarding sa Online Application at may memo naman po (posted above) na nagsasabing pwede kayo magtake ng TEPT at magpatuloy sa pagpaparank kahit wala pa po kayong UAN.

        • Hello po Ma’am. Paki doublec check muna po kung successful po ang submission ninyo ng inyong PDS:

          To check if your PDS had been successfully submitted, please visit your dashboard and you will find only two (2) buttons: (1) Blue Re-Open button below your name and (2) Green Next button below the position applied for. If the ‘Add’ button is visible beside the ‘Next’ button, then it is not yet / not successfully submitted. Reminding again to make sure to choose the correct Region and Division and select Teacher I before submitting your PDS.

    • Hello po Ma’am Laila. What’s the error showing on the screen po? Normally, pag blank po o nag eerror everytime na kiniclick nyo yung link to download your PDS, that might be a sign that the server is down at the moment. Please try to re-download your PDS at a different time using a more stable connection or using another browser. P.S. Ma’am, are you required to download your e-PDS?

    HELLO SIR hindi na ako makalog-in sa site. anong gagawin ko wala pa po akong UAN. May confirmation na nasend sa email ko then i clicked the HERE to encode my PDS and then suddenly no internet connection.

    • Hello po Ma’am akr, kung “No internet connection” po ang lumalabas sa screen that means may problem po ang inyong connection. Try using another browser or another computer. Pero kung blank page or 404 pa rin ang lumabas ibig sabihin maaaring down po ang server ng DepEd OAS.

    • Hello Ma’am, kung nasubmit nyo na po yung PDS ninyo, you can request for it to be re-opened. Please see FAQs above. Regarding po sa delay, rest assured po na as long as tama po ang pagkakafilled up ninyo ng PDS ay maisesend po sa inyo ang inyong UAN. You just have to wait po kasi minsan instant, minsan naman po ay may katagalan bago ito mareceive.

    • Hi Ma’am Jassie, as far as I know, recently po ay inaccessible talaga ang site ng DepEd OAS. Or down po ang server. Kindly check na lang po some other time and try clearing your browsing data, cookies, and cache. You may also try to use another computer, or browser, and sign in before dawn or during midnight po.

    • Hello Sir, honestly, I have no idea regarding your question. But I think the subjects will vary depending on the school where you will enroll or the subjects you need to take.

    Hi my prob is i already had my UAN and i gave it already in one of the divisions I applied.. my prob is i want to change po kc sa ibng division.. pde ko pa ba i.change yung division ko? Dun ko na gus2 sa may sure na item kc aq ang sad lng kc naibigay ko na uan ko sa ibng division

    • Hello po Ma’am. I’m not sure if it is possible but I think it would not be recommended. Lalo na po may final list na ang bawat division ng applicants within their province or city. Sorry to say but you should have decided earlier po when the list of applicants on the division you want to transfer to has not been finalized yet.

    Hi sir omar, nag register po ako nung april 14 pa no verification receive and then nag register Ako ulit last week of april gumawa ako ng bagong email add since not allowed to use same email add nung first register ko and no verification receive again, and the third time I register no verification again I already sent an email to the deped that I don’t receive a verification however the reply was to wait and it’s almost June already the time is running I don’t have my UAN yet. I’m worried…

    • Hello po Ma’am Jacqui, have you checked po yung mga naunang emails na ginamit ninyo? Baka po may verification email na po. Please also check your emails’ Spam folder po. Baka andun po ang verification email.

    • Hello po Ma’am. Try to reset your password na lang po kung di po kayo makalog in sa inyong email. Kung nakaregister po ang recovery cellphone number sa email ninyo or recovery email nyo madali nyo lang po marereset ang inyong email password.

        • Hi Ma’am Ruth, kung ang irereset nyo po ay yung password nyo sa DepEd Online Application System, send lang po kayo ng email sa depedhris.twg@gmail.com with the subject REQUEST RESETTING OF PASSWORD. at state nyo po ang case ninyo. Kung ang irereset nyo po na password ay ang password ng email ninyo, may guide naman po yan depende po sa gamit nyo kung Yahoo Mail or Gmail.

          • Hello po. Ma’am di nyo po taalaga mabubuksan ang depedhris.twig@gmai.com kasi po hindi po sa inyo yung email na yun. Una po kasi sabi nyo po di nyo po maopen ang email nyo kaya ang suggestion ko po ay ireset po ninyo ang password ng email ninyo. Kung gmail po ang email nyo, may paraan po para mareset ang password nyo. ganun din po pag yahoomail. magkaiba lang po sila ng procedure ng pagreset. Pakisearch po sa google kung paano magreset ng password sa yahoomail or gmail.

            Sir Omar I’m Nay po. indi rin po ako makaaccess sa pagkuha ng pds sa email add ng dep-ed. Email add qoh po ay activated naman. nakapag-apply na rin po aqoh. pero di po ako makasign in. sinunod ko rin po ang steps pero ang nakalagay po na mga steps ay hindi naaayon as I follow yong unang mga steps.
