How to Check Licensure Exam Ratings from PRC Website

Howdy newly licensed professionals! Welcome to my blog. I’m quite sure you stumbled upon here searching on how you can verify your licensure exam ratings, don’t worry, you’re on the right page.

Today I’ll be providing a quick tutorial on how to check licensure exam ratings from the official website of the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC).

But first, before you get excited with your average, please allow me to congratulate you for making it to the roster of certified professionals. Kudos to all of you!

Verifying or checking your licensure examination rating is as easy as A,B,C and as fast as 1,2,3 unless the PRC website goes inaccessible again or worst, you have lost your Notice of Admission and any record which has your application number. So without further ado, here are the steps on verifying/checking your licensure exam ratings.

Step 1: Visit PRC’s Verification of Rating page.

Step 2: You’ll see a window similar to the image below. Simply fill up the following fields:


Exam name – The type of licensure exam you have taken.
Exam date – Of course you know this.
Application number – Series of numbers printed on the upper right corner of your Notice of Admission (NOA).
First Name
Last Name

Step 3: Check if you have filled up the form correctly and finally, click on the “Verify” button.

That’s it, you just have verified your licensure exam rating.

    I would like to ask if how to know my application #..i check my notice of admission paper i found out that no # in my application…thank you.

    1. Hi Sir Allan, sorry for the late reply. In your case, you may want to go directly at the PRC office to ask for assistance regarding your concern since it looks that the error is in their end. I’m sure they can help you with that. Thank you so much.

    1. Hi Ma’am Cla, as far as I know, PRC sends as a mail with the metered-stamped envelope we pass during our application. But as I checked the PRC exam rating verification page today, the page cannot be found. It means that PRC may have temporarily disabled such service. As for your application number, I’m sorry Ma’am but I have no idea how to retrieve that. You may try to look for old receipts from PRC but I don’t know if your application number is indicated there. Thank you.
